Pre-Information & Agreement Text for Digital Service Sales
ARTICLE 1 — PARTIES
SELLER: Global Towny Platform (Contact: destek@globaltowny.com, Web: https://globaltowny.com) BUYER: Individual purchasing digital products/services on https://globaltowny.com and declaring user information during checkout.
ARTICLE 2 — SUBJECT MATTER
This agreement determines the rights and liabilities of the parties pursuant to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection regarding the online sale and instant digital delivery of virtual game goods/memberships ordered by the BUYER on SELLER's website.
ARTICLE 3 — PRODUCT & DELIVERY
Purchased products are intangible in-game items, VIP statuses, or credits. Upon payment completion via Tebex, products are delivered electronically and instantly to the BUYER's specified Minecraft account. No physical delivery is performed.
ARTICLE 4 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL EXEMPTION
Pursuant to consumer protection regulations for digital content performed instantly online, the right of withdrawal does not apply once digital content delivery commences. BUYER acknowledges that instant delivery waives withdrawal rights upon order confirmation.
ARTICLE 5 — JURISDICTION
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be submitted to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within statutory limits.
